Bybee & Tibbals, LLC, a small yet dynamic litigation firm established in 2017, is built upon a foundation of more than 60 years of shared experience between partners Rick Bybee and Jeff Tibbals. The partnership rests upon deep mutual respect and a shared belief in the importance of service, both to client and community.
The firm came to fruition after Jeff approached Rick about forming a niche firm focusing on the representation of landowners in eminent domain and other real estate disputes. Rick had established himself as one of the state’s leading condemnation attorneys while at Smith, Bundy, Bybee and Barnett, which dissolved in 2016. Jeff had built a successful career at one of South Carolina’s largest and most politically powerful firms and was ready to experience the culture of a small firm environment. Bybee & Tibbals, LLC represents their shared commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards while providing the highest level of service to their clients.
